car boot graphicCAR BOOTY, ANYONE?

This year's charity fundraiser event takes it over the top in classic British style with the addition of a "Car Boot Sale". Located in Lillian Webb Park during the 15th Annual British Car Fayre on September 12, between 9:30am and 3pm, a "Car Boot Sale" is the Brits' version of a major yard sale, with folks from all over metro Atlanta slated to sell stuff from the “boot” (what us Yanks call the “trunk”) of their car or truck. Everything from “used stuff” to repurposed furniture, art, antiques and collectibles will be for sale and while no one should expect to get rich, it is an exciting addition to the classic Fayre fun. Considered the largest event of its kind in the region, the Atlanta British Car Fayre typically draws over 10,000 visitors into Downtown Historic Norcross to raise money for metro Atlanta-based charities while celebrating all things British. Click for more details.
