The Southwest Gwinnett Chamber produces a number of events on a regular basis to create opportunities for learning, networking, and visibility.
FIRST FRIDAY BREAKFASTS
Aptly named, Friday Fridays take place on the morning of the first Friday of each month and are the cornerstone events of the SWGC. These events are the most attended and provide the best opportunity for every member to gain access and awareness of every aspect of the Chamber’s benefits.
Each month, members enjoy a time of networking over breakfast. Enjoy a time of casual connection and introductions to members, government leaders, and non-profit partners.
Enjoy a purposefully-chosen speaker who will enlighten you as a member of the Chamber and your community. Every month’s speaker is focused on one or a combination of topics including professional development, leadership, service, government, economics, safety, or other message that empowers and equips us as we work in and contribute to our community.
New members gain visibility through an introduction to the membership the first time they attend after joining the Chamber. Bring your business cards, literature, and giveaways to add some shelf life to your introduction. Gain heightened visibility by choosing to sponsor a Friday Friday event.
Non-members may join at a discounted rate when accompanied by a current member. Otherwise, join us and learn what the SWGC is all about.

COFFEE CONNECTIONS
Bring your business cards and join in for this one-hour free event focused on networking among business leaders and operators. Members and guests alike enjoy their free coffee while sharing about themselves and their businesses. This “rubbing elbows” event allows each attendee to learn about other business and and gather real-time information about the Chamber and our cities.
When: Each Friday morning at 8:30 am (except the first Friday of the month)

LUNCH & LEARNS
Experience the double benefit of enjoying a meal while walking away with practical insights that strengthen you as a leader in your business or organization. L&L speakers and topics vary during each event and are presented by our members and partners selected to bring the most value to our membership.

BUSINESS AFTER HOURS
Get connected during a Business After Hours event. Designed for members and non-members alike, BAH events are designed for connecting over drinks and hors d’oeuvres in a casual setting. There’s nothing pretentious about a BAH event.
